We wanted a special property description i the MLS and so, working together with Carrie, we were able to craft a description that was exactly what we wanted. Along the way, if an issue arose, Carrie's experience and professionalism made any issue seem like no big deal; always dealt with quickly and with a very satisfactory outcome. Once the property went on MLS, showings went quickly and seamlessly. Carrie always notified us of upcoming showings and guided us through every phase of the sale process which for us was quite stressful. As offers came in, Carrie kept a data sheet so we could easily understand and compare all offers. When it came time to accept an offer, there was not one question that Carie could not answer. Her years of experience and professionalism were amazing and helped us choose the right prospective buyer for the home where we grew up and held close to our hearts. When it came time for the final walk through just prior to closing, the buyer's agent failed to attend (we were shocked as that is standard industry protocol) the walk through with the buyers. Despite a packed schedule that day, Carrie stepped forward and attended the walk through for the buyers. Carrie left a beautiful bouquet of flowers in the kitchen to welcome the new owners; what a sweet, gracious and professional gesture on Carrie's part. From the first time we met him he was very friendly and personable. He listened to every inquiry we had and remembered them. He was open to look at any property and even offered to look at other properties that are nearby. Every question we had that wasn't necessarily a question he would know the answer to during the whole process he was more than happy to answer the best he could, or find someone that could answer it. My home purchase was challenging due to my circumstances being I lived out of state and unable to attend showings or the closing for that matter. He accepted these challenging terms and provided all the resources and tools I needed to make such a big decision on my new home from over 2,800 miles away. He worked with my brother, the loan company, realtors and the lawyers, going above and beyond all the while to ensure I was represented adequately, and ensured I didn't lose opportunity at anytime.
